“I feel good today”

How could you not? Have you ever seen a place that serves the most famous food in the world – pizzas and hamburgers – where the people are not happy and satisfied? Everyone knows pizza brings universal harmony, but we would add that location plays a big part too, because if 50% is the quality of the food, the other 50% is friendly surroundings. Studio Zay e Lighting and pooled their skills to create exactly that: a pleasing, happy environment on a limited budget. The environment is huge, almost dizzying, and the individual spaces are not well harmonized as they have differing purposes. We should say their diversity is not infelicitous, but rather gives a dynamic accent to the environment: on Thursdays the space is opened for dancing, on Fridays the atmosphere is snug and people meet around a slice of pizza, and so on.

The lighting follows the same logic: cosy spotlighting on the tables, accent lighting for the brick columns outside, scenic lighting near the bar. Different effects, different requirements, but the result is perfect harmony between the light source and its context.
