The first sales point in Milan, Foodie’s is a concept that offers sandwiches, naturally, but also salads, cold dishes, fresh fruit, juice and desserts, all made from the best ingredients sourced locally and from around the world.
Together with Foodie’s Vigentina, we consider it the pilot project, a sort of bar 2.0, characterised by wood, steel, bricks, simple and essential lines, neutral colours interrupted by an unmistakeable touch of green. A comfortable, familiar environment that recalls the naturalness of the ingredients. The same ingredients play an important part in the sales point, their freshness and authenticity being the foundation for the consumer’s trust.
A format that can be replicated almost anywhere and (why not?) even abroad.
Foodie’s Vercelli could be the “father”, the guide from which others draw inspiration, the old sage who passes on all his experience.
